Kim Clement: “Restoration is Going to Take Place Quickly!”
by Kim Clement
Jan 26, 2009
Prophesied on January 17, 2009 – Albany, Oregon at Vineyard Christian Fellowship Church:
I Hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, “Restoration”
I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, “Restoration.” Many have heard the words that restoration shall come but, “Albany, I have looked upon this house and on the people that have gone away discouraged, but,” God said, “I can find worth in you and value to bring you and shine you and take you as a crown of victory and show it to angelic hosts.”
God is doing something called restoration.
A prophet is not to come necessarily to preach. But a prophet comes with a word of the Lord to tell us what God has in store for us. And if it didn’t happen before, perhaps it was because of the hardness of men’s hearts, because the Bible says in Hebrews, Chapter 3 and Chapter 4: “I promised them that they would enter My rest if they would not harden their hearts, but they hardened their hearts and they did not enter My rest” (paraphrased).
And so the promise remained for some other person, some other generation. Maybe He has said to us before He would bring great restoration, and maybe because of the hardness of our heart it didn’t happen, not because of the inaccuracy of the prophet or prophetic word.
People are watching right now by Internet by the thousands, and you are feeling, literally, a feeling in your room wherever you are sitting: “If that miracle is available to me, if…” God is saying tonight, “And if I could find some value in the earth, if I could take some dust and find some value in it and create a human being, then I can find some value in the one you’re praying for right now, or the thing you’re praying for.”
I don’t care if it seems like it’s dead; I don’t care if your business seems to be falling to pieces. I personally believe tonight that God is breathing upon whatever at this moment looks as if it is dead; looks as if it has no life. I want you to raise your hands, for those of you watching on the Internet, I want you to get the power for the prophetic word is coming to you.
Restoration Shall Take Place Quickly!
Just as that plane took off at Long Island, as that plane took off in New York, turned around, and everybody thought, “It’s over,” but God said, “Everyone was alive.” So it shall be with the United States of America and the economy of this nation! Do not laugh when the prophet tells you there is no recession. For the Kingdom of God has no recession!
And I was standing prophesying to you, because it seems like churches are taking off and suddenly they are coming down, and everybody’s saying, “It’s all over for America, our business was taking off and suddenly it took a dive.”
But God said, “That plane represents the United States of America; that plane represents churches; that plane represents moves of God that took off rapidly, and suddenly it stalled. But,” God said, “they turned around and landed in the river to be a testimony that, within seconds, 150 people were out.” So what’s that got to do with us? I’m telling you tonight that there is a restoration that is going to take place so quickly!
I was speaking to the stewardess, and she says it takes 45 minutes to board that plane, but it took 30 seconds for them to get 150 people off! This is what the Spirit of God says to you and says to many of you: “It took off, it seemed good, everybody was praising, everybody was rejoicing…then you heard the bad news, ‘It’s stalling, it’s going down, it’s going to go under, nobody’s going to survive.’” God says, “The word that I give to you is that every single one that has called upon My name will survive and they will survive quickly, and it shall be raised up as a testimony of My glory in 2009,” says the Lord!
I don’t think you realize what God is saying.
The move of God that fell and crashed – nothing falls and crashes without God bringing survivors. You know what He said to me? 2009 is a year of very highly unusual miracles (it started last year). Things that have never ever happened before will begin to happen and we began to sing this song:
“This has never ever happened before, this has never ever happened before. It’s a miracle, a supernatural miracle!”
Your economy will recover, but it shall recover rapidly. “God, that is completely ridiculous.” Oh, yes? So is a plane that takes off and 45 seconds later is landing on water and everybody survived! That’s also strange, isn’t it?
This night the Lord says, “If you receive My word, if you receive My prophetic word, if you receive the prophet and you say ‘yes,’” – I believe that this word of restoration means a quick recovery – “then it shall happen. For there shall be a death in 2010 and they shall say, ‘What is this death?’ It is the death of debt! They shall say, ‘There has been a death and it is the death of debt!’ There is going to be a funeral before the early part of 2010 and you will bury debt in this nation. You will bury debt in your own lives.” God’s going to bring about a death of debt!
Non-Visual Perception – What Is It?
You are facing a great adversary. In our lives when we are facing a great adversary, we think in terms of “something’s wrong, we’ve done something wrong.” But not the apostle Paul. The apostle Paul had non-visual perception. What is non-visual perception? It’s perception that goes beyond the measurement of your five senses. And he received his information from a light that blinded his eyes but fed him information. “This is where I want you to go next, I want you to go into the city, go into a street called Straight Street and go into a house that is owned by Judas and wait there, for it shall be told to you.” He had confusion. He had nothing but suddenly non-visual light, invisible light.
You may think this is crazy, but there is invisible motion and there in an invisible light that exists right next to you, all around your house, in your business. The fact is we are not perceiving this. Paul, the apostle, who was not Paul at the time, was struck down by a shining light, blinded his eyes, and suddenly he had non-visual perception. He heard information that led him to become the greatest apostle who wrote three quarters of the New Testament. That’s the kind of information that you and I need. That’s the kind of information that God’s releasing in this day and in this age. We are prophets of the new age. We are not prophets of the old age, we are prophets of the new age. (Note: Kim is not referring to the New Age Movement. He’s referring to a new age in time and an Age of Grace).
“I Want You to Spread Throughout the Earth, I Want You to Multiply!”
Every move of God that seemed to collapse…no, God takes what was valuable and places it all over and disperses it so that others can get it as well. All the disciples were stuck in Jerusalem. Jesus said, “I want you to go to Judea and to the uttermost parts of the earth,” but no, not them, they wanted to stay there. And those that stayed were torn down and destroyed.
I want you to know they were building a tower. God said to the people, “I want you to spread throughout the earth, I want you to multiply. I want you to have dominion. I want you to subdue the earth. I want you to spread abroad.” But no, not them, they decided to build a tower which top would reach into Heaven, and they were stuck in one place. And what happened was that God came and confused their language; He caused confusion so that they would move out.
God does not want us stuck in one place. He doesn’t want a move of God stuck in one place. He doesn’t want the ark of the covenant in somebody’s house. He wants the ark of the covenant to be available to the nations of the world, and He doesn’t necessarily need the nations to come to us, it must go to the nations. That’s what’s happening.
No limits anymore. God is going to do one miracle after the other – unusual, unknown miracles for you and your house! This has never ever happened before! Now is the time, now is the season!
“Bad Reports are Being Turned Around”
I was coming to the meeting tonight and God spoke to me, and I said these words to my team; I said, “You know, if there was no such thing as the Kingdom of God then I would have absolutely no pleasure in what I’m doing because it would be a church or society that is an organization for a cause.”
We are not an organization for a cause. What is happening in this building is being written on the stones of this nation, on the hearts of men to be reproduced and it is going out into the spirit world and being released throughout the nations of the earth. It’s not only happening because of the light of the Gospel of Christ or the glory of God, but because God’s given us technology to be able to do it and now, right now all over the world, in all parts of the earth!
I hear God saying,
“Bad reports are being turned around; reports that are negative about your body, about your health are being turned around right now.” What has been reported negatively is going to be turned around for many of you and many of the millions of people that are trusting God!

Dugiblar’s story begins well over a thousand years ago. Much of the ancient history of his people has long been lost. His nation is an apchipelago of islands stretching 250 miles north to south off the coast of Panama, Central America. They are an ocean people, deriving their subsistence and life from the blue green waters of the Caribbean Sea. Each morning men and boys set out in canoes dug out from a single tree cut down and carried down from the mountains and hewn out by hand into the likeness of a boat. I tried to ride in one; it wasn’t pretty; it was like riding atop a log. They catch fish, crabs, and lobster, and dive for shells. They farm coconuts and corn on the mainland. The sale of these items produces a very meager subsistence.
Most of Dugiblar’s people live in palm thatched bamboo huts. There is no electricity, sewer system or trash removal system. Over 2,000 people live on this small island. You can imagine their circumstances. Yet even with the conditions it is still a beautiful place. I was invited into several huts and visited Dugiblar’s casa (hut). It was an extremely sad and humbling experience.
The huts have dirt floors and hammocks for beds. On the ground are four rebar stakes sticking up with four logs converging in the center of the stakes. This is their cooking fire. There may be a homemade stump carved into a table with some ragged clothes hung up and some old plastic plates and cups and maybe some thread and fabric to make something called a mulla to sell. There was nothing of any value. The huts were virtually empty except for the most valuable treasure, themselves. I felt so ashamed thinking of all God has given me. I was humbled.
Several years ago Dugiblar’s parents divorced. His father moved away to Panama City. His mother remarried and then left for Panama City. He was left to be reared by his aunt. He is 12 years old and goes to school a few hours a day. He spends his time swimming, playing marbles, and spinning an old fashioned Pepsi pop top on a string.
His people believe in one God and believe all Kunas go to Heaven. They believe upon death they begin a journey that takes them into numerous confrontations with danger, including fighting the giant alligator and going through the giant sugar cane press. We saw a Kuna funeral procession. I thought the women had gone shopping and were taking their things home. But it was a funeral and they bury the items with the dead so they will have what they need on their journey. We visited a Kuna cemetery. It was insightful into their beliefs. Dugiblar’s best hope is to grow up and become a fisherman, probably live a life of complete poverty, and end up on the mountain with a set of worn out dishes on his grave. But worst of all, losing his soul, going the way of his fathers for untold generations.
Our team of 15 touched down at Mulatupu airstrip July 9th, 2008. Our mission was to go island to island by dugout canoe drawing a crowd communicating the gospel and loving on the people. Our program included clowning,
Each island was different. On our base island, Malatupu, the children were waiting for us by the scores. On some of the other islands the people looked like they had never seen white people. We preformed our skits and normally received lots of laughs. They really liked our dramas. At the end I preached the message using the paint board in the Kuna language. Everything was interpreted into Kuna. The island people came out to see us by the hundreds. Some of the audiences listened and seemed to understand our message, others responded stoically or left. At each message I gave a passionate invitation. The invitation time can be tough. At several of our first meetings there was no response.
In Dugiblar’s village I preached my heart out to no avail. Dugiblar listened, but there was no response.
On Kuba island I attempted to make the invitation as clear as I could, no one responded. I waited for even one. After quite a bit of time one woman, one man, and one very ill looking young boy responded. The look on the boy’s face clearly said he was deeply touched. They were led in a prayer of salvation. It was a very precious moment. We came to find out later that the boy had a rare disease and was starving to death. He will be in eternity very soon. I believe he will now enter eternity with Jesus as his Savior.
Through the years we have seen hundreds pray to receive Christ on our missions, not so this time. It was tough. We were coming up against hundreds of years of spiritual darkness. Honestly, I felt a little defeated, wondering did it really matter. We spent lots of our time and finances to do this. Was it worth is? We finally finished all the islands we were to visit. It’s history now.
A couple of nights ago I was feeling a little down, thinking, Was it worth is?” Our kids were playing with gobs of children. Dugiblar sat down beside me. I looked at him and thought did it matter, did we make a difference. Looking in his eyes I didn’t feel we had. I prayed for him. In a couple of moments one of the Kuna interpreters named Jerusalem came over. I asked her if she would interpret for me. Through her voice I shared with him why we had come. I shared again with him the story of the cross and of God’s love for him. I told him that I loved him and wanted to see him again some day in Heaven. “Christo Ta Ama” (Christ loves you.) He listened but said nothing and looked down. His response made me sad.
My attention was drawn away by some other children. A few moments later Jerusalem said “He wants to pray.” Her smile was precious. For the next few moments I led Dugiblar in a prayer of salvation through her. I was so blessed.
It was worth it. I thought to myself, “Yes, Lord it is worth it, even for one.” I spent lots of time with Dugiblar and was able to introduce him to the Sunday School teacher at the church. He said he would go. Praise God.
We presented the gospel to just at 2,000 Kuna people on 7 islands and saw 90 respond to receive Christ plus Dugiblar. We spend hours playing with the children and even provided the sound for a Kuna Baptist women’s conference.
I know one soul for eternity is worth it all, but seeing Dugiblar come to Christ was a special blessing to me.
Thank you for praying, giving, and believing in us. Thank you for praying for the Kuna people. From every nation they shall stand before his throne. That includes the Kuna!
Because the Message of Christ matters,

Cemeteries see record for veteran burials
- Story Highlights
- National cemeteries across the country average about 100 burials a day
- 107,000 burials are expected this year
- Planners are building six cemeteries in an effort to keep pace
RITTMAN, Ohio (AP) — The cracking of rifle fire silenced the twittering blue jays, blackbirds and killdeer.
As members of the color guard lowered their rifles, the smell of bitter smoke drifted over the family and friends of former Army Sgt. Ellis Hale, a Vietnam War veteran who died of prostate cancer at age 59. Sniffles and gentle sobs accompanied a recording of taps.
Moments after the final note, Sherry Hale walked down a curved brick walkway past the saluting line of representatives of the country’s wars. Head bowed, she clutched to her chest the American flag that covered her husband’s casket.
The scene at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery is repeated nationwide more than 100 times a day. Military veterans are being buried at such a rapid rate that national cemeteries use heavy equipment to make room.
“We’re still in growth mode right now,” said Bill Tuerk, undersecretary for memorial affairs at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. “We’re in a very high-demand time period, and we’re trying to respond to it.”
An average of 1,800 veterans die each day, and 10 percent of them are buried in the country’s 125 national cemeteries, which are expected to set a record with 107,000 interments, including dependents, this year. And more national cemeteries are being built.
The peak year for veterans’ deaths will be 2007 or 2008, Tuerk said. An estimated 686,000 veterans died in 2007. Although many World War II veterans are dying, so are an increased number of Korean War and Vietnam veterans.
Ohio Western Reserve, a 273-acre expanse south of Cleveland, opened in 2000 and has about 11,000 veterans and dependents buried there. It has enough land to stay open 92 more years and accommodate 106,000 burials.
Thirty-four veterans groups volunteer for services. Every seventh Thursday, members of American Legion Post 548 from Louisville, Ohio, dressed in black coats, ties and pants with white belts, gloves and shoulder cords, come to pay tribute to fellow veterans.
One crisp spring morning, dozens of mourners for Hale more than filled the benches inside a stone open-air shelter tucked into a wooded corner.
Several jumped as the seven members of Post 548 fired the first of three volleys. The shell casings faintly pinged and clattered as they landed on the brick walkway.
“Every time I fire, I say, ‘This is for you,’ ” said Navy veteran Dave Scanlon, choking up while referring to his father, Skip, a World War II veteran who died in 1999.
Ohio Western Reserve averages 7½ burials a day.
The busiest national cemetery is Riverside National Cemetery, about 60 miles east of Los Angeles. It averages about 30 burials, followed by Florida National Cemetery, 50 miles north of Tampa.
Third-busiest is Calverton National Cemetery, about 50 miles east of Manhattan, although it has handled as many as 55 burials in a day, said Michael Picerno, director of Calverton National Cemetery in New York.
To accommodate so many burials, hundreds of crypts are preplaced at Calverton and then covered with dirt and grass. When it comes time for a burial, the sod is cut away, the crypt opened and the casket lowered.
Six national cemeteries are under construction under a fiscal year 2008 budget of $167.4 million, triple the previous year. It’s the largest number of cemeteries constructed at one time.
Despite handling burials at an assembly-line pace, the National Cemetery Administration has the highest customer satisfaction score of any federal government agency and any private sector company, according to the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index. It tops companies such as Heinz, Amazon.com and Hershey’s.
“We are ever-conscious of the fact that with each family, we get one chance to get it right,” Tuerk said.
Part of streamlining the process involved holding services at committal shelters — open-air gazebo-like structures — instead of graveside. Calverton has seven shelters; Western Reserve has two.
After taps, two uniformed members of an Army honor guard, wearing white gloves, performed the third and final ritual: the folding of the flag. They made each of the traditional 13 folds with precision as mourners looked on in silence.
The flag was presented to Hale’s wife of 36 years. She was seated on a bench in the front row.
“I feel so blessed to be an American and that America has furnished something like this for our soldiers. It gives you such a wonderful feeling,” she said. “I feel proud.”
A cemetery employee politely asked the mourners to leave the shelter so the next service could begin.
Men and women in dark suits and dresses, some holding hands or with arms around one another for comfort, climbed into their Fords and Buicks and slowly drove away.
